A Frown Or Smile???

FAILING TO FAIL!
  Joseph Brann

Have you ever wondered which is better, a frown or a smile? I think the answer SEEMS pretty obvious, a smile is ALWAYS better than a frown. But, sometimes a frown can actually be quite useful and it is okay to frown when we need to. But, if we spend too much time frowning, we keep ourselves from feeling the full power of smiling and being happy! If YOU do or don't believe me, try it out? You can look in the mirror, or not, think of something sad, and try frowning, then, think of something happy and smile. Actually you don’t even have to think of anything, just test frowning verses smiling and see which one you enjoy better, go ahead, I dare YOU!!! Ha! Talk to Me Thursday! Worn Out!!!

FAILING TO FAIL!
  Joseph Brann
For this “Talk to Me Thursday!” post I’ll quickly talk about how packing and moving and all has left me COMPLETELY worn out!!! Thank goodness we got a bunch of help from some really awesome people but after looking at everything I had to lift and move, I’ve concluded I lifted well over 2,000 pounds over a short period of time! While people were doing a fantastic job helping us, I literally got to a point where I couldn’t even stand or lift almost anything. I went A LOT further than I thought I’d have or even be able to, but NOTHING’s impossible and I did much more than I’d even recognized. It got really difficult for me when I could barely move and had to watch others, including my awesome younger brother Jon, do the job I was trying to get done.
Though I’m more than grateful I’ve got a great family and a younger brother who, in many ways, has had to become my older brother since “the day” EVERYTHING changed for me, it’s beyond difficult, and sometimes I cry, but it’s beyond difficult for me to go from the young man everyone could count on to get the difficult stuff done, to the older man I now am who realizes his limitations daily. Either way I’m still VERY grateful and am beyond relieved we were able to get everything done. So, even when YOU’re beyond worn out and even if it takes the help of others, realize YOU’re still amazing and everything you do and try to do are just a few of the reasons YOU are INCREDIBLE!!!!! Life Can be Painful and Scary but...

FAILING TO FAIL!
  Joseph Brann

Life can be painful and scary but YOU can handle & even overcome it! Maybe you don’t want to face what you have to, I know I don’t want to face MANY things I do but, as I’ve said before, I keep facing them and even find reasons to love what I don’t even want to like. You too can keep facing your life and overcoming the scary and painful things that may, and probably do, occur for you regularly. Whatever you face, always remember you’ve been given such because you’re the one who can handle, overcome, and even love them! I believe in YOU like I believe in myself. I’ve had MORE than enough reasons to want to call it quits dealing with what I face, but I haven’t and won’t give up! It takes a VERY strong person to live the life you do, but YOU CAN LIVE IT, LOVE IT, AND OVERCOME everything you face, will YOU?
